Kirstyn - or sometimes under the use of her stage name, Kiki Nicks - has been facilitating large and small scale group workshops for over a decade. She has provided her facilitation skills across everything from team building and leadership workshops, confidence and communication skills, expressive and performance arts skills, acting improvisation, movement and fitness, meditation and wellness for over a decade. If she were to summarise all the styles of workshops she has facilitated under one category it would be ‘Play and Presence’.

Kirstyn has a great passion and innate skill for communication, story telling, engaging and connecting groups through her enigmatic presence, charisma, sense of humour, professionalism, relatability, ability to read the room and group dynamics, inspire and motivate others as well as lead and deliver scripted or improvised material.

This has led to Kirstyn combining her performance and facilitation skills into hosting and MCing events from small scale community gatherings to local creative events and corporate high end galas and experiences as well as weddings and private parties.

Kiki has an enigmatic, charming, playful and friendly presence with an uncanny and confident demeanour in her ability to not just own the stage but engage the entire crowd.
